How long will it take to get my order?

We deliver all orders across the UAE within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Which areas in the UAE do you deliver to?

We ship to all emirates and major cities across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a confirmation via SMS or email containing your unique tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original retail packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, products from our Health & Beauty collection cannot be returned once their protective seals have been opened or broken.

How do I start a return?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (usually within a few hours), we are unable to alter it.
